Soogis Kid Scheduler is a planning application for households, schedules, day types, events, and related add-ons. Grocery Builder is an optional feature that can use AI assistance and retailer integrations to help a user research meals, build ingredient lists, and prepare a shopping cart draft.

You agree to use the service only for lawful personal or household planning purposes. You may not use the service to interfere with retailer systems, misrepresent your identity, scrape restricted data, or bypass retailer security, account, or checkout controls.

Grocery Builder may search for recipes, translate ingredients into grocery candidates, and prepare a King Soopers cart draft for user review. Product suggestions, prices, availability, substitutions, and packaging may change and are not guaranteed.

Grocery Builder is a decision-support tool. It does not place an order, authorize payment, or complete checkout without the user’s direct review and final approval. Users remain responsible for all cart contents, substitutions, addresses, delivery windows, payment details, and purchases made through King Soopers or Kroger systems.

Your use of King Soopers, Kroger, and related retailer services is also subject to that retailer’s own terms, policies, availability, and authentication requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, household data, and any connected third-party retailer account. AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong, including recipe matches, quantities, and grocery substitutions, so users should verify outputs before relying on them.

We may update, suspend, or remove features, including add-ons and retailer integrations, when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product changes.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or retailer availability.
